1. "Try Before You Buy" - 14-Day Free Trial

We believe in complete transparency. That is why we offer a 14-Day Free Trial for our digital profiles and premium IT services. We strongly encourage all users to fully test the platform, explore the features, and ensure it meets their business needs before making any payment.

3. Account Cancellation

You may choose to stop using our services or permanently delete your digital profile at any time directly from your dashboard. However, canceling your account will not result in any refund of already paid fees.

4. Exception: Payment Gateway Failures

The only exception to our strict no-refund policy is in the rare event of a technical failure, such as your bank account being debited twice for a single transaction. In such cases:

• Please contact us within 48 hours with your Transaction ID.
• The duplicate amount will be verified and refunded to your original source of payment (Bank Account, UPI, or Card) within 5 to 7 working days.
